Customer Card Terms of Use

  1. The Dreiliņu Stādi Customer Card (hereinafter – the Customer Card) grants its holder the right to purchase products from the company with a 5% discount and receive other special offers.

  2. The Customer Card discount does not apply to promotional products.

  3. Any natural or legal person may apply for a Customer Card.

  4. On the day of submitting the application (completing the form), the applicant must be at least 18 years old.

  5. There are two ways to apply for a Customer Card:

    5.1. By filling out the application form on the website www.dreilinustadi.lv, providing name, surname, phone number, and email address, and receiving the Customer Card code via SMS. In this case, the customer does not receive a physical plastic card but may request one later if desired.

    5.2. By filling out the application form at the nursery with the assistance of a sales consultant, providing name, surname, phone number, and email address, and receiving a plastic Customer Card with a code.

  6. By applying for the card, the customer agrees to these terms and confirms that they are informed about and understand the Privacy Policy.

  7. By applying for the card, the customer agrees to receive information about special offers via the provided phone number and/or email address.

  8. The Customer Card may be used in the following ways:

    9.1. When shopping online, by entering the Customer Card code before payment (enter it in the Gift Card code field and click “confirm”).

    9.2. When shopping at the nursery, by presenting the Customer Card to the sales consultant before payment.

  9. The Customer Card is valid until 1 January 2030, unless the company or the customer chooses to deactivate it earlier.

  10. If the customer wishes to terminate or deactivate the Customer Card, the customer’s data is not deleted automatically. If the customer wishes their data to be removed from the database, they must contact the company by emailing [email protected].

  11. The card does not accumulate points or bonuses.

  12. The price of the plastic Customer Card is €1 (one euro).

  13. If the physical Customer Card is lost, a replacement can be obtained with a 50% discount.

  14. The Customer Card holder assumes full responsibility for its use and for handing it over to third parties.

  15. These terms enter into force on 23 August 2023.
