Description and Terms of the Plant Reservation Process

For a more convenient reservation experience, we encourage you to create a customer profile. This will save you time when making future reservations and allow you to easily review your reservation details.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

2.1. Products and prices displayed in the online store include VAT. 2.2. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices at any time; however, orders already placed will be processed at the price valid at the time of ordering.

3. PRODUCT RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

3.1. In the “Catalogue” section (or any category), the Buyer selects the desired plant and clicks on it to open the product description. 3.2. To reserve (purchase) the plant, the Buyer adds it to the cart by clicking “Add to cart.” 3.3. The Buyer may view the selected items at any time in the “Cart” section. 3.4. After completing the cart, the Buyer selects the delivery method. 3.5. The Buyer enters reservation–purchase details and clicks “Confirm reservation.” 3.6. The Buyer receives a reservation–purchase confirmation by email with further instructions. 3.7. Once the Seller begins issuing reservation–purchase orders, the Buyer will receive a notification by email or SMS. 3.8. When collecting the plants, the Buyer must provide their reservation number. 3.9. Fully paid reservations–purchases are processed first.

4. DELIVERY

4.1. The Seller provides order pickup at the nursery (Riga, Afeldu iela 2) and delivery to the Buyer’s specified address via courier or parcel terminal. 4.2. Delivery times and costs are displayed in the online store during the ordering process.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the moment of receiving the product by notifying the Seller at [email protected]. 5.2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged. 5.3. The Seller refunds the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the returned product. The refund is issued in the same form as the original payment (bank transfer or cash). 5.4. If the Buyer discovers product defects, they must immediately contact the Seller to arrange a replacement or compensation.

6. PURCHASE / SALE TERMS

6.1. By placing a reservation–purchase, the Buyer agrees to the terms and process described below, as well as to the Seller’s personal data processing policy. 6.2. If the reservation–purchase includes plants with different awakening times, the Seller will contact the Buyer individually to arrange the pickup time. 6.3. Upon receiving the notification “Your reservation is ready for pickup,” the Buyer undertakes to collect it within 2 weeks. 6.4. The Buyer may place multiple reservations–purchases. If delivery is selected, a delivery fee is calculated for each reservation–purchase; however, at the time of delivery, the Seller will recalculate the total and, if possible, combine all reservations into one shipment. Any overpaid delivery fees will be refunded. 6.5. When collecting the order, the Buyer may purchase additional plants on-site at the nursery. 6.6. Once the issuing of reservations begins, the Buyer will receive a notification by email and/or SMS.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

7.1. When placing a reservation–purchase, the Seller stores the following information (hereinafter — personal data):

  • Name, surname — for identifying the Buyer at pickup

  • Email — used to inform the Buyer about reservation progress

  • Phone number — used to contact the Buyer regarding reservation status or other important information

  • Address (optional) — required if delivery is requested

7.2. When visiting the website, the Seller also stores anonymous information about the Buyer’s activity on the site, used for marketing and sales planning purposes. 7.3. By agreeing to receive news, the Seller may send the Buyer updates. The Buyer may unsubscribe at any time.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved through negotiation. 8.2. If no agreement is reached, the Buyer has the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. The Seller has the right to amend these terms by publishing the updated version in the online store. 9.2. The agreement enters into force when the Buyer places an order and agrees to its terms.
